How to calculate Fitness Blender calories burned?

The video says 150 to 270 calories burned. Well how do I know? I'm very obese and out of shape so I assume I'd at the higher range. Any clearer way to calculate this?

I always assume the lower number. It would vary from person to person and how much effort they put into it.0

I highly recommend a heart rate monitor, it takes all the guess work out of it. Best putchase I have made along my journey.0
