This Is my 3rd time trying to use this app "My Fitness Pal" I always start off Motivated but somehow lose it along the way.
I really want to stick with it this time, and go to the gym and eat healthy for myself and my kids.
I'm looking to make some new workout friends and fitness pal friends so anyone interested please add me ChelzCie
I am looking for some new tips on weight loss and better ways to exercise at the gym. I would also love to learn some new fun and healthy filling recipes for breakfast, lunches, dinners, and snacks after the gym.
Im looking to find people who need the same kinda motivation.

i am having trouble sticking with it too. i think its my third time using mfp also. i am so clueless on what to eat!0
