    How big a serving is it though? I'm always a bit wary of some of the serving sizes at skinnytaste, lol (although I do love their food).

    The recipe said 1/8 of the pan. It seemed like a lot, so I measured it on my scale and it was almost exactly one cup. That seems pretty reasonable. It was delicious.

    Yum!! I made a similar dish last month, I made mine with the spinach, ricotta and mozzarella cheese.. Wish I had more !
