First, I'd like to say it's good to be back on here. I just went through a whole month of going over calorie intake limit and have probably gained a few pounds. I don't know how or why I fell off my goal but all I know is that I did and I felt terrible through out the whole month. I don't want to make this seem too long so I'll cut to the chase. Have any of you ever lost track of your goals and just gave up your plan for a month. How did you rebound and what steps did you take to make sure it wouldn't happen again?

It happens to all of us, at whatever point we're at. Just get back to where you were before you went AWOL lol : )0
