New Chicken Recipes

I've been eating a lot of chicken for the obvious reasons.... it's cheap and healthy, but getting seriously boring.
What's your favorite chicken recipes? Links or recipes would be greatly appreciated! :flowerforyou:

grade half a head of broccoli, and one carrot, sautee in pan with a little butter

while those are sautéing, butterfly 2 chicken breasts

after the veggies have gotten soft, stuff them inside chicken breast, then use toothpicks to close chicken(use them on the outside edges to "attach" the ends together) If you have the cals to spare, you can also put cheddar or any kind of cheese in the middle also

I like to bread my chicken with Italian seasoning, just do a little milk dip and then dip in bread crumbs, but you can do this grilled too and add whatever seasonings you like to the outside(lemon pepper, salt, Italian seasonings, whatever you like)

bake in oven for 30-35 mins on 375 and you are good to go
