Simple question, will insanity help improve or treat lordosis (anterior pelvic tilt) or will it worsen the problem?
Oh and hi, i'm new.

Please ask your doctor or physical therapist! Tell them that Insanity is a lot of plyometrics (jumping). high-intensity strength training, and core exercises, and ask if that's okay for you to do. As an intern (doctor in training), I see far too many patients do themselves serious harm by following advice on the internet0

Well my doc said no jumping at all, since the lower back absorbs a lot of pressure and suffering from lordosis increases it.
But i am just curious in the long run minus the pain will it benefit me.0 -

Atm i'm just doing calisthenics, weights and a lot of abdominal work which is bad for lodosis apparently. (crunches)0
