Hi all
So I'm out of action with an achilles injury at the moment and working with my physio he is happy for me to do upper body and core work (even though it is slowly killing me that I can't do any jogging, bikes or even horse ride!)
So I'm just wondering what others have done when they were out of action to work on their upper body and core? Obviously I have to be very careful how I plank as to not strain the area.
I haven't lifted free weights before so that section of the gym is freaking me out a little bit and I wouldn't know what to do or where to start!
Any advice/guidance greatly appreciated!!
