Hello MFP,

So I have been logging my calories religiously for the last two years and keeping a weight journal. I hope this information might be useful to someone in someway. Im a Male 5' 8" 38yrs old for reference. Some before and after pics are in my profile.

Notes:
From January 2012 to April 2012 I did P90X
From April 2012 to October 2012 I was doing circuit training 3-4 days a week and Mountain biking
October 2012 to February 2013 Just heavy lifting no cardio.
March 2013 to May 2013 did Insanity
Currently doing P90X again

No special diets or anything just counted the calories.
