Soy Sauce?

Is Soy sauce okay while trying to loose weight and dieting?? Can it slow weight loss down?

I am aware it is high sodium.. I buy the reduced sodium one.. will it impact anything?

    Nope.

    You don't need to worry about your sodium intake unless you have high blood pressure, kidney problems, etc.

    Just make sure your liquid intake is adequate.

    Low sodium soy sauce still has nearly 600 mg of sodium for a table spoon. If you use it, just be aware of serving size in addition to all other sodium consumed. It won't affect fat loss negatively, but you need to make sure you drink plenty of water or you'll experience water retention that might be misleading when you weigh in.
