Trying to stay focused and get fit..New to this

Hello everyone, I'm coming in at 246 and need to be at at least 195. I'm trying to get pregnant soon. I was diagnosed with pcos recently and really do not like taking medicine. So I'm trying tto get and stay healthy. I really want to be able to look and feel great. Currently I exercise 4 times a week for 30mins. Hopefully I'll be able to gain some new friends and get into a nice two piece for the summer..

  • Hey! I'm pretty new myself (less than a month) trust me add plenty of friends and you will have tons of encouragement! I also have pcos and dont like taking the medication for it. So I don't. And I understand how hard it can be to lose weight. So if you want you can add me :)

    Welcome! This is a great place to get support and people who understand the path to good health. Feel free to add me- I'm usually on several times per day. My goal weight for now is 180 but I am also doing strength training so I have put on muscle. The ultimate number isn't a big deal for me anymore. I'm going towards being healthful and feeling good about myself.
