What Activity Level am I? So Confused?

At first I put Active because i though that working out 1 hour to 2 hours a day is classified as active.
But then i realised am I sedentary? I do 45 Minutes of Zumba (Cardio Party) In the morning then 2 hour workout at the gym in the evening. Between I am at home, mostly sitting.

The way MFP is set up, you'd put your daily activity without exercise. So if you have a desk job and drive to work, you'd be sedentary. If you have a more active job, you'd set it according to that.
Then you'd put your Zumba and gym into exercise, and that should change your calorie goal for the day, so that you can eat according to your actual level of activity.0 -
I'd suggest you put in 'sedentary', then just add your workouts each day manually, under the Exercise tab. It'll add the calories to your allotted intake, and you can be more precise in your day-to-day estimates.0
