I'm not really resting, I'm sitting in a chair at work, but I just checked mine with the oximeter and it got down to 55. I wonder what I'd be if I were sleeping peacefully.0

Between 83 and 112 according to the hospital after my recent stay with them. That and my blood pressure hitting 195/127 sent the anethatist into a spin. Oddly no one mentioned it to my gp when i was discharged.0

Mines always been 80-100. Down to 70ish when I was at my fittest. I was on some medication for my ADHD last year which sent it up to 120 at first. Doing exercise always scared me then because I'd end up pushing 200 and almost passing out0
