    Health, weight loss, exercise, and hopefully weight maintenance can be pretty tough at times so I see nothing wrong with a bit of frivolity. Frankly you should see some of the photos I get sent on other sites if you think those animations are bad.
    Since being here I've had way more support given to me than had crap thrown my way.
