I've been doing MFP for three weeks. When I'm "good", I'm good (on the scale). When I'm "bad" (on the weekends), I'm right back where I started. I am fighting with the same four pounds over and over. So frustrating...

  • I know exactly how it is...it is harder to watch what i eat and document it on MFP when we are going out to dinner, running the kiddos areound etc. I have downloaded the app on my phone so i can monitor it anywhere any time and this has helped BUT stil struggle o the weekends as far as consumption...cheez balls during the football game yummy :(

    I have the app on my phone too which I LOVE. I am still tracking everything...even when I'm eating bad or having a few drinks, but most of the time it's after the fact and obviously too late...(ie smores with the kids this weekend).

    Goal for the day - STOP obsessing!

    My life exactly for the past 4 years! I am PERFECT during the week....and then HORRIBLE on the weekends!

    I am trying to change that by tracking all of my calories on the weekends to see how much I am actually eating. The numbers amaze me, I was eating double the amount on the weekends as I was during the week!!

    For the past two weeks I have been trying to turn my all eating weekend into only eating what I want for dinner on Saturday night (within reason). So far I have been able to lose with this strategy.

    I know what you guys mean I was doing great and now Ive had surgery and Its knocked me out of the game a little
    Kinder chocolate is a favourite... Hehe but I figure I've lost this much I really don't want to go backwards feel free to add me if you like we all need support to do this xx
