    No joke- I typed in sexual intercourse into the cardio exercise journal to see how many calories I burned. I was incredibly disappointed to see "no results". :blushing:

    I agree fully. It is physical exercise that gets the heart pumping and it counts in burning calories. I don't think people give themselves credit for all the exercise they do in a day.
