Hi I just started almost a month ago. I've lost 10 pounds. The best part of this is making me aware of the calories that are in foods and the portions I WAS eating. I use to run a lot so I could eat almost anything and a lot of it because I was burning so many calories. I'm older now and don't run anymore but my intake stayed the same. I knew I had to do something. I'm hiking/walking now and watching what and how much I eat and it's working. This has been a great help. I hope it helps you all.0
