Hello All,
I'm sorry if this is already a recent topic, I'm not good with navigating the site. I have done weight lifting at the gym but am in a rut. How many of you have used "New Rules of Lifting for Women"? and liked it/ saw results? We all know weight training excellerates weight loss, but is it only for beginning lifters? Any insight is helpful

It's one of the more intricate programs but it's an excellent program.0

I've started and stopped the programme so many times. Get a friend involved if you ever hope to complete it - is my suggestion.0
