Hi to all ,
My name is gary and i'm new to this site and hope to use it as much to my advantage as possible. My goal is to get fit and lose a few kilo's. I have started using this site today but have been running for a few years now but with a terrible diet. In september 2007 i weighed 19 stone and got down to 11st 5 , but a bad diet and too many weekend treats has seen me put on an extra 2 stone.
My ideal weight is 11stone 2(6ft tall) and the only way i will reach this is diet.
This site is great i didnt realise there were so many scientific values in foods.
I am currently running 20-30 miles per week with rest days, is anyone else running and dieting ? i would like to hear your progress.
