Hey all, I just started on here today. I am currently Active Duty Air Force and have let myself gain about 45 lbs total since i joined. I love my foods, but need to find a way to eat better while maintaining taste. I also have cut back big time on the exercise. Time to start getting back into it. So any motivators would be great. i weigh 215, im 5'10, 23, and am looking to lose 45 lbs by july.
