Has anyone tried using a shake of any kind to sub for a meal? i.e Breakfast or Lunch and if so has it worked and what kind have you tried?

    I sometimes use a shake for breakfast - 20g low carb whey protein powder, almond milk, teaspoon of cocoa, 30ml of double cream, teaspoon or more of chia / flax seed.

    I can last until lunch on that so it works for me. You can scale up the ingredients if you need more to survive.
