I have a lot of Blink 182 on my workout playlist. The beats are usually upbeat and the music is super easy to work out to.

I have separate playlists for cardio (usually running) and lifting. My lifting playlist includes Disturbed - Warrior, Incubus - Megalomaniac, Deftones - My Own Summer, Godsmack - I Stand Alone, P.O.D. - Boom, Breaking Benjamin - Blow Me Away, Rage Against the Machine - No Shelter, Zeppelin - Immigrant Song, Korn - Freak on a Leash....................basically anything with a good 'growl'0
