This is my low-cal version of this traditional Indian drink (dessert-smoothie). It is high in calcium, phosphorous, riboflavin, vitamin A, B12 and C.

Mango Lassi

½ cup frozen mango chunks
¾ cup skim milk
100g low-fat vanilla yogurt (that’s = 1 little Source or Silhouette cup)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 packet sweetener

Directions: Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

WW Points: 3 (168cal/0.4fat/1.5fibre)

EDIT: serves 1 (recipe actually makes about 2/3 cup MORE than just the one glass I showed in the photo)
