Idea: Monthly/Weekly Weight Loss Tracking Thread?

Since February 1 is around the corner, I think a great way to keep us all motivated is to track our Weekly/Monthly weightloss!
At the end of each week (Saturday) Individuals can post their weekly weight loss totals!

I think it's a very inspiring idea & can be utilized to keep everyone motivated.
Some may even view it as a competition which is great way to maintain motivation!
We can also post our very own daily motivational myths to help keep others motivated!
