I tried this not to lose weight but for medical reasons (stayed on it for about a month or so) , I followed it to a T and my joint pains went away within 3 days , I was able to get rid of my cane that I had been using for 3 months and lost over 10 lbs in 1 month as a bonus!
In the process of eating the Blood Type way I discovered I am allergic to wheat . I am Blood Type AB negative so to live on it I would have to give up most meats and live off fish and tofu and honestly I can do fish once a week but I love my meat so I switched back to my own way of life, and the pain in the knees has not been back. It may have been the wheat that inflamed my joints? I can sneak small amounts with no problem but if I ever over do it, I feel like crap for a few days afterwards.
I did like how I felt on it - never felt bloated after any of my meals and I ate rice with my salmon almost every night so I never felt hungry on it.

Sounds like you discovered a food allergy. If it had anything to do with the rest of your food it would have come back.

And thats why I went right back to my way and watching my wheat allergy carefully so I can have more variety .
