Help Planning My Workout!

For those of you who use apps when you go to the gym, are there any good (preferably FREE) apps out there that will provide me with a workout for the machines at the gym? My gym used to have one but it's been out of order for the last two weeks, and now I feel kind of lost when I go. I like to use the Nike one at home for no equipment and I record my workouts on another app--I just need some guidance for what to do.

Any/all help appreciated!

Thanks!

Hey, I just saw your group randomly when searching for some help and I know this may not help answer you question but I thought I would share what has worked for me! For the past 2/3 years I have been using home workout programs instead of the gym (although I do love yoga classes!) Anyways, I made more progress with them than I ever did at the gym, but more importantly, they helped me break through 2 plateaus! I love them because I never have to wonder what to do at the gym or remember when I worked this body part or that body part! Have you ever considered doing a home workout program?

I highly suggest using a workout program like Stronglifts, Starting Strength or New rules of lifting.

I know Stronglifts has an application to track workouts, although I believe it's only with apple.

Body weight exercise are good for a bit, nothing beats a good lifting program, IMO.
