Intro: New here....moving toward goal

Hi, Just found this site. I have been working out and dieting since Sept and lost 25 lbs......this is like the 3rd time I have done this only to gain the weight back and then some! So my goal is to lose 10 - 15 more then keep it off......which I could use some help doing!

I am a mom to 3 kids (20, 18,13) and a Physical Therapist. Free tips here.

Since my kids are older I have joined a gym and I LOVE IT! I go everyday (which I think annoys my family).

I'd like to meet some of you and help motivate each other!

    Wow, sounds like you're doing all the right stuff! I just came back on today with a 20 pound gain since last fall and I've lost count of how many times i've done this. Support is a huge motivator and didn't take advantage of that on here before.
