NSV - A glance in the mirror

I just got back from a training run at about 1945 this evening and as I was taking off my top and running tights to get in the shower I caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror. My first thought was "where the hel has my gut gone..."

A success, to me at least.

Also on reflection I've over the last week not felt self conscious of myself in a thermal base layer top.

Quite pleased with the progress.

    Congrats! Nice to feel accomplished and looking good! In the past, my reflection has caught me off guard in a negative way. Like, "who is that fat chick wearing the same clothes as me?!?"
