Help with new plan? Need to get back on track

Last summer I joined MFP. I lost 10lbs within a month eating 1200cal and sometimes under. I was really strict about it. No sweets, no cheat days, just all healthy foods. Of course, this led to a huge binge that lasted a few days. After that I started eating the way I did before MFP. Since then I have gained everything back and even more. I have tried countless times to get back on track, but I always fall off. I need a new plan. I am 5'5" and 145lbs. My goal is 130lbs. Currently, I am consuming 1400cal a day. I am only going over on special occasions (dinner date, parties, holidays, etc.), but I am limiting myself to only go over on one occasion a week. Does this sound like a good plan? If not, can you suggest a better one? Any feedback would be much appreciated
