When someone says "one pound of muscle equals 1 pound of fat I want to reach through the computer and tape their mouth shut. Especially when they say, "1 pound of muscle = 1 lb of fat... Sorry."

What in the world are they sorry about?

With this thinking it is safe to say EVERYTHING in the world weighs the same.... since 1 lb of house = 1 lb of feathers. Therefore, houses weigh the same as feathers.
