I watched this and thought others may be interested :-) Here is a guy in Australia who eats roadkill. He gives some tips on evaluating the roadkill's freshness, preparation, and cooking tips. Here's a good tip...Wrap your little roadkill in aluminium foil after gutting and adding stuffing, put it under your car's bonnet and it will cook while you drive to your destination.

The link says it is forbidden, but I'll more than likely it google it. I'm adventurous when eating and enjoy trying new things but roadkill is beyond me..
