Going below 1200 Calories if calorie cycling???

So I've been thinking about trying out calorie cycling, as I've heard it works really well for some.
I eat generally 1300-1400 calories per day without any cycling, so on a weekly basis around 9500 calories. If I did, say 1500 calories on one day, and then 1100 the next, would that still be a bad idea since it gets bumped up to 1500 again the next day??
Thanks

I've day at 1100 isn't going to Jack up your metabolism, I would avoid heavy workouts on those days though0
