Bada** Dash

Hi all!
I am looking into doing the bada** dash obstacle race in the fall! Has anyone done this before?

I am in semi-decent shape. I work out (cardio and resistance training) 3-6 days a week and have lost 36lbs so far. I hope to be near my goal weight (another 50+)lbs by then.

Any suggestions for training?
