Shredded chicken ideas

I want to be able to boil/crockpot a bunch of chicken and shred it. Then do different things during the week. Whether throw in some eggs for breakfast or different ideas for lunch dinner. Sandwich/wraps etc. Big bonus points for low sodium. I'm having a heck of a time getting my protein and I'm already using two shakes and a bar a day. I'm on the go a lot so this seems like an easy way.
