Home Workouts without equipment???

Hi Guys,
What are some good home workouts to do in the morning before work without any equipment, I work far from home and therefore can't make gym in the mornings but want to do some sort of calorie burning workout to start my day. Any suggestions?

In my humble opinion, not a lot can beat a couple of rounds of Tabata or the Spartacus Workout.....or a combination of the 2.0

I start my mornings out doing Leslie Sansone 15 to 30 mins at a 4.0 mile. It is just enough cardio to get my day started. Later in the day then I do resistance training.
There are several of her videos on youtube.0 -
Sounds like PiYo would be a perfect program for you - the workouts range from 20-45 minutes - HIGH INTENSITY but low impact - - you'll sweat a ton and burn crazy calories, without feeling like you need to take a nap afterwards.
