PCOS and Carb Percentage

Hi Everyone,
Finding it really hard to lose weight with PCOS. Can anyone help me out with what percentages you have your carbs at etc to lose.
On metformin and still finding it impossible to lose.

    Hey Layla im in the same position I haven't changed my carb % but I have found that cutting out any yeast and fermented products has helped me that is breads, beer, wine, cheese, vinegar, any ready made sauces, mushrooms and yoghurts I find these food just don't agree with me at all although I do have them occasionally I must admit. I hope this helps.

    I would start at 20% as reduced carbs seems to work fairly well in PCOS.

    20C / 30P / 50F perhaps.
