Spartacus Workout Challenge (Blood and Sand)

Okay so I started some Tabata classes a few weeks back at our church. Its been going great, people are enjoying it like crazy....and a lot of great results have been achieved.So, folks were asking me for some sort of "competition challenge". I then put together the 12 week Spartacus Workout Challenge. Here's the workout tell me what you guys think please. I'm not going to post the diet, but there will be some eating/dieting guidelines, obviously exercises will be cycled every 4 weeks. Mondays - 2 rounds Tabata
Tuesday - Spartacus workout (Blood and Sand)
Wednesday - Rest
Thursday - 2 rounds Tabata
Friday - Spartacus workout (Blood and Sand)
Weekends off.
