I was wondering if you could share your experience with being a spin or indoor cycling instructor as I am tossing around the idea of becoming one.

Where/ how did you get certified? Online, Mad Dogg, Spinning©?

What was the process of getting certified?

Suggestions/ tips on teaching a class?
