Motivation needed!!

Hello! I am new to this. I've been using MFP for a month now but never went beyond adding calories and calories burned. I would love to get others advice, motivation, etc. I am also on my 4th week of Insanity. Advice and/or results from others that have done it would be greatly appreciated! Would love to add new friends to all motivate each other!

    I am in the same boat as you. I am still pretty new to this app, and have not been beyond the adding food and exercice. I have been doing Zumba for about 2 months now, and am currently training to run my 1st 5k with my son and some friends. I have lost about 20 lbs since I started and still have about another 65 to go. Would love to have some more friends to chat and motivate each other! :)

    That's awesome! Zumba was definitely the cause of my first round of weight loss! However I hit a plateau and am trying Insanity. I feel switching it up is a BIG help! Good luck!!
