Ready for a change!

Hello All!
I have just began a new diet (correction).....lifestyle change. I am currently down 7 lbs. I have had my good days and bad already, but am hoping myfitnesspal will be a great tool for me. I have struggled with my weight all of my life and just don't want to continue with this unhealthy lifestyle. I am currently doing hcg which I know is a big debate among many people. I am hoping it will be the boost I need to get into a healthy lifestyle. I am determined to do it. I am surrounded by great family and coworkers who are encouraging me and that is just what I need. If anyone has any tips or suggestions I am open to any advice that may help me have a successful trip on my journey to a new me. :happy:
