Stepping it up!

For me what has been work is stepping it up at the gym. I have to go seven times to step it up. If you try to jump into doing giant work outs when your just starting your fitness journey your likely to give up easier!

For example first seven days.
Cycle 1 mile
Stair climber 1/2 mile
Treadmill 1/2 mile
Ellipticals .25 mile
Rowing Machine 5 minutes

Second seven days.
Cycle 1 1/2 mile
Stair climber .75 mile
Treadmile .75 mile
ellipticals 1/2 mile
Rowing Machine: 7 minuts

Third Seven Days
Cycle: 2 miles
Stair climber 1 mile
Elipticals .75 miles
Rowing machine: 8 minutes

Fourth Seven Days
Cycle: 2 1/2 miles
Stair climber 1.25 miles
Ellipticals 1 mile
Rowing Machine: 10 minutes
