The tea only works for me if I add a splash of milk (still, it's only 5 calories or something). Otherwise it makes me nauseous and ravenous for some reason... but add a bit of honey (like 2-3g) and it's a nice treat and still only 15 calories.
For real chocolate, I like the Trader Joe's 100 calorie bars. None of that horrible Hershey... stuff for me
I second the Skinny Cow stuff. Really good. Just don't eat the whole box (I love the crisps and clusters). Much better than Weight Watcher IMO.
I second PB2 as well.
I'll add protein bars. I love the Quest ones, but heck, even a Luna bar will be more filling than a candy bar, and it's still very satisfying (I'm in love with the Pure Protein Soft Baked ones also). Double advantage of the Quest bars is that they can help you if you crave something (brownies, chocolate chips cookies, there'll be a flavor for that).
And skinnytaste.com and other sites. Great recipes of classic comfort foods for lower calories.0 -

I have been on and off calorie tracking since November. I had recently started back on it but have decided to add in Green Coffee Bean Extract before Breakfast and Lunch as well as Cayenne Pepper supplements to aid in digestion followed by 1 tablet of Garcinia Cambogia before dinner. This is my second day doing this and I have noticed that I have lost 1 lb. more than previous weigh ins since I have added the extra support. This is mainly for some extra appetite control.0

If I eat at least five veggies and three proteins a day, everything else tends to fall in place.
I bought a yonanas machine: it turns frozen bananas into an ice cream texture. Other fruits can be added to the bananas for other flavors, or just other fruits to make a sorbet. It really works for me for a sweet treat, and it adds a fruit to my day. Add nuts and chocolate for a sundae treat.
1/2 serving of Ghiradelli triple chocolate brownie also makes me happy.0 -
Hershey's cocoa powder. 10 calories per tablespoon and you can add it to almost anything.0
