My name is Ben and i am relatively new to my fitness pal. I am a college student that fell pray to the freshman 15. I Currently weigh about 180 but i am trying to get back to a solid 170Lbs.

However, it is extremely difficult. because i LOVE FOOD & i feel like its an addiction :(. I've been logging for about a week now and everyday i am learning on accurate portion sizes & how to maintain a healthy diet.

Just thought id stop by and introduce myself and see if anyone is in the same boat as i am.
