Quick question about BMR? and the last 10 pounds?

Sorry I'm new here and I don't think this is under the right topic but I'm still trying to figure out how to use the website so I'm sorry. Anyway I'm 16 and a half and around march-april last year I started dieting/losing weight and I've lost 50 pounds so far and I've got 10 to go. I know alot of people will say, "Oh that's to young to diet and lose weight." But I don't care, I just wanted to get the weight off and get healthy. Surprisingly now too I've kind of become a fitness freak. Anyway, I was on a 1200 calorie diet and I understand now people think that's really bad? (My total calories from carbs, proteins and everything else put me at around 1800-2000 calories ) For your BMR, when it says calories burned, ( I know this is going to sound like a dumb question, sorry ) does that mean just calories itself, or calories from carbs, proteins, etc that go towards the calorie total? For example apparently I'm not supposed to go below 1500 calories, I'm 169 pounds and lightly-moderately active. Sorry, I know that question is dumb but its something I've never gotten cleared up for me. Also, lastly, do ya'll have any advice on the last 10 pounds? I cant seem to get them off. I just started p90x a couple days ago, its pretty fun. Any of ya'll have experience with that? Let me know, and thanks for helping me if you can.
