Can people check out my diary pls

I'm a few weeks in now and doing ok, so far I've lost 4kg and haven't felt liked I've missed out or that I've been hungry. Some days I eat up to my 1440 calories and sometimes I don't but what do you think?

    Great losses, well done! From looking at your diary, what I'd say is try to hit that protein goal - that way you should maintain most of your lean mass instead of losing a mixture of fat and muscle.

    And totally unasked for, sorry, get some strength training in if you're not already :)

    I'm guessing lifting anaesthetised dogs on and off tables at work (I'm a vet nurse) doesn't count ;-)

    Looks good, the only things I can think of are to keep watch on iron calcium and variety in your protein sources.
