Good Morning
I just logged in a Costco Croissant for my lunch; it is showing up as almost 500 calories, would this be for just one piece of the sandwich platter tray? Can't be.
TIA

I would guess, yes, croissants are very high calorie by themselves with nothing on it.0

I would guess it is true, too.
Croissants are fairly high calorie, and there is probably mayo on it. Who knows what else?
Costco muffins are almost 800 calories each. (Muffins are my calorie nemesis -- who'd think a muffin would be that high!)
Edited to add: I just looked it up in the database, and Kirkland (Costco brand) croissants are 310 calories each.0 -
One Kirkland croissant = 339 cals (holy crap)
+ mayo = 90 cals
+ meat = 70 cals (deli meat is quite lean).
Sounds about right.0 -
Yes for the whole thing that makes sense. Just wondering for one of the slices of the party tray croissants. Makes sense for the almost 500 using enough pieces to make up one croissant, the deli meat and cheese.
Thanks everyone for the quick replies0
