Diet Books

Actually, I am not looking for a particular diet book. I really need a book which would help me make small but better choices, and help me learn how to control overeating. Have you ever used or heard about a book like that?
I'm not expecting to read and magicly turn into a person without weight problems, of course. I just need to understand my problems better and some good advices.
Thank you.

I havent read any diet books but a lot of what I learned came from online. If you have a problem with eating too much have you tried a diet high in protein and fiber? It will keep you full faster and longer. Also, you need to be drinking lots of water.

Honey, don't over complicate this. Just track what you eat with the system and stay below your deficit. For instance I plan all three meals out for the day, I use MFP to adjust amounts? But I eat what I want. Breakfast is eggs and bacon with toast... Lunch is a double helping of tasty peanut butter chocolate whey protein (mixed with vanilla almond milk it tastes like a chocolate shake!!) adn dinner is two lean burgers, vegetables, and a Smirnoff.

So I had a normal breakfast, an after workout snack that eats like a meal and a wine cooler with dinner!! No books or diet plans involved. Hell I could have a doughnut after dinner if I nix the wine cooler. But... trying to lose weight and all.. *LOL*
