Accuracy of pulse touch sensor watch

I purchased one from eBay it didn't cost me much but I'm wondering how accurate it is. I've just completed a workout which I dd for 22 minutes and afterwards when checking my calories burned it said 338. Is this not a bit much for 20 minutes? It has my weight and everything logged on it but I wondered if they are fairly accurate?
