Hello everyone,
I am starting my weight loss venture after having a baby 9 months ago. I am hoping that by keeping a food log this will keep me going in the right direction. When I had to do this at Weight Watchers it worked wonders for me. I'm 34 and had a baby 9 months ago. I'm a full time college student and working as well. Needless to say I get to the gym when I can. I'm looking for some support to keep me motivated and working hard at losing weight so I can start to feel better about myself, break out my skinny clothes, and stop being depressed every time I look in the mirror.
Well I just wanted to say hi and introduce myself.
