Has anyone tried the Fit2Be Studio's workout plan who suffers from separated ab muscles? If so, were you happy with the results? Thanks!

I realize this thread is ancient, but I really like fit2b. It really helped quite a bit with my diastasis. If you have a bad separation. I really recommend the Tummy Team for rehab. I had some really great results with it!1
