I haz sads for all the peeps outside of the US that will never know the awesomeness that is the Dairy Queen blizzard!!!
Psst .. they are not just in the US0 -
I've never had either one - when I go to DQ I always get a dipped cone. I love that crunchy chocolate crust... BUT - there is frozen custard place that makes a blizzard like thing with vanilla frozen custard + are you ready? WEDDING CAKE!!! Well they call it wedding cake. Technically I suppose it's just cake. But still.
It's a tastebud orgasm.0 -
Skor or cookie dough blizzard, EXTRA CHUNKY!!0
-
Blizzard0

A butterfinger, caramel, fudge MCflurry was my treat on fridays when I was in highschool0
-
The Blizzard is a copy of Ted Drewes Frozen Custard's "Concrete". Drewes is very popular in the St. Louis area and the local Dairy Queen people came up with the Blizzard as competition.0

I've never had a Blizzard, so I'm going with Oreo McFlurry!0
-
Blizzard over McFlurry any day, the McDonald's ice cream just doesn't taste as good.
For the flavor, in the fall - Pumpkin Pie Blizzard the rest of the year Hawaiian Blizzard.0 -
Banana split Blizzard!
Funny, I passed DQ nearly every day for three years, and only stopped there 2-3 times total before I moved. It's still not far away, but I never go.0 -
Classic Oreo Blizzard, DUH!!!0

Ted Drewes chocolate custard can NOT be beat.0 -
I like them both. depending on mood, if I'm feeling ghetto? it's Mcfrurry, if I"m feeling rich? it's all Blizzard.0

DQ Midnight truffle blizzard! Oh so gooood!0
-
McFlurry. I've never had one, but I've had McD's soft serve and felt fine, so I figure I'd be good with a McFlurry, too.
Blizzards and other DQ soft serve, on the other hand ... well. Some ingredient in there turns my digestion system into an explosives factory. No thanks.0 -
I live less than half a block away from a DQ, its hell driving past it 2-6 times a day lol.0

Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Blizzard
There is no other.
This.
But since it has 1k calories, I have discovered yonanas with PB and chocolate syrup.0 -
Oh please. McFlurry wishes it was in the same league as Blizzard. That's like comparing kindergarten to a Master's Program.
Hawaiian Blizzard - sooooo much goodness in one cup!0 -
Skor/Crispy Crunch Blizzard all day, every day!
No contest!0 -
McFlurry is a Blizzard wanna be
This. I worked at McDs when they were first introduced. The stupid spoon stirrer doesn't get it all mixed up and they don't have nearly has much candy variety.0 -
Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Blizzard

With the first reply too.0 -
Blizzards are better! More specifically, the midnight truffle. Snack size, of course. I'm trying to lose weight!0
-
Anyone else trying to figure out how to fit a blizzard in their day? lol I am jonesing badly.0
-
Blizzard dominates ... snickers with m&m's
As far as McFlurries go, they are still good, but the Rolo McFlurry special in the summers ...hmmmm0 -
Discontinued Reese's Pieces Blizzard, oh how I miss it. BRING IT BACK DQ, BRING IT BACK!
McFlurry = Blizzard's "special needs" lil brother who is technically independent but needs a LOT of guidance and supervision.0 -
